Horrible first time experience manager is very unprofessional did not care that I was misinformed by her staff! Basically told me that it's all about their membership and if you're not going to be a member then you can't get the introductory offer for first time at massage envy, which was so far from the truth it was very shady and it was very misleading my brother bought me a gift card that was supposed to be a wonderful birthday experience he's buying his back and using it in his hometown because he would never be treated ... read more

Had my first massage and facial at massage envy it was the best massage from Laura /facial from Brittany nice place so relaxing costumer service is excellent thank you I feel great I'm definitely going back...thanks hunny for a great mother's day gift!
