I just sat waiting for a massage that was scheduled for 11:00 AM and it was getting late @ 11:30 I asked what’s going on and I was told I was scheduled for 12:00 noon. At noon I was told that I apparently wasn’t scheduled at all. Wow what customer service. Now they’re offering me a massage on them if I go back at 4:00PM ! I’m really pissed off about this!!!
