My sons bought a gift card for me for my birthday and WAS ASKED which date the email should be delivered..we’ve never gotten an email and when I called and asked about it, was told I would need to “send a troubleshoot email”...would never recommend!!

Bought a gift card my boyfriend and I to get a couples massage back in February, they never had an availability for a couple except like once a month, which didn't work with our busy schedules. So today (may 4th) was my birthday and I had a facial scheduled for a while to celebrate. Called all the week to see if I could squeeze in a massage as well (mentioning multiple times it was my bday and wanted to relax).
