I love massage envy Morgantown! The front desk is knowledgeable and friendly and my massage therapist Kris is excellent! She works out all my problem areas while still making the massage so relaxing! I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.
I had a facial this afternoon with Malia, and she was totally fabulous. She was very professional, but still very personable. She was so educated and extremely confident in everything she was explaining to me. I would highly suggest seeing Malia for your skincare needs. I cannot wait to get back for my next one!
Staff was very professional & approachable. The massage therapist listened well to my needs. However, when I went to pay I used a gift card & promo card (aka coupon) which the girl at the front was apologetic however she used my whole gift card & not the coupon. She left a note for her manager, whom left me a message this evening saying there is absolutely no way to fix the transaction but no worries, I can still use my coupon....as long as I use it before it expires. It is always so relaxing to have a facial at Massage Envy. I go every month and Lauren is the best. She is always sharing with me new ways to keep my skin glowing and win the wrinkle battle.
Loved every thing about this place! Welcoming staff, clean, and Lauren gives the BEST facial! Can't wait to go back!
I had a sleepless night with back pain and booked a massage with Emily. What a treat. She focused only on my back and shoulders, and made me feel a lot better. She had a great understanding of the physiology. My knots are in much better shape and I plan to follow her recommendations. Highly recommend!
