To me you’re better off saving the money on a membership and just going to a nicer spa like the Battlehouse or one at the IP. My facials were always good but my massages have always been average at best. The atmosphere is not very relaxing. I tried to cancel my membership, you can’t. So I stuck with it for the whole year. REFUSING SERVICE TO RESPONSIBLE NURSES! What a bunch of crock! So we are good enough to save your lives but not good enough to be treated like people?!?!?!
I bought my parents gift cards for mother and Father’s Day. They are refusing to let them use their gift cards bc they both work at hospitals and have been “exposed”. They’ve actually received negative test results, but they are refusing to schedule them an appointment until “this is all over with” 😒😒😒
The front desk people were not wearing a mask. If they were wearing a mask, it was placed incorrectly. The clients were not required to wear a mask at all. My therapist used her mask at all times and I wear my mask. I won’t return back again unless better strict measurements will be in placed. This is not good for anybody. Super disappointed.
