My wife booked an appointment and within the 24 hours she cancels it and wanted to reschedule as she had an irritation occurred on her face. It states if you have an irritation to not show up. She canceled leaving a voicemail as they were not open yet. She waited for a callback but nothing. She called them back and pretty much was told she would need to pay $100. I purchased a year membership, paid in full on the day of purchase, as a GIFT. I have now been charged for 4 months ($280) for a membership I do not own because my card was kept on file and added to person's account the gift went to. I made it clear my intention was to make a one time purchase of this gift that was not for me and I would not have anything else to do with it. I got a massage from someone by the name of Steve. It was awful my daughter paid $100 for a gift card and I still had to pay more money. It sucked . It was a waste of money hardly a massage and he sounded like he was sleeping and snoring while doing it. I feel bad for my daughter for wasting her money. Also he walks put with you and gives suggestions to come back and the obligation to tip a shifty job is real.

Only put 1 star because i have to. I reported that the massage therapist had not adhered to the pressure asked for in my massage and she pressed so hard she made bruises on my body. Even with several times i told her it hurt. She said it was for my benefit. I did not leave in the middle because i did not know what to do in the situation. Tried to talk to the manager and she made excuses. I only wanted to prevent another client getting hurt. Omg I have been a member for over 10 yrs and have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did today. First upon arrival I ask the receptionist with the bull ring in her nose if I could get some water before my massage and she tells me they don’t give water. Came in for a 60 min massage with Rhonda and it is hands down the worst massage I have ever gotten. Literally my 6 year old does better. I never get to do things for myself since I have an 8 month old and 6 y/o and was looking forward to this. They didn't have any calming music playing so the whole time I heard Rhonda's stomach grumbling super loud. It felt like the focus was to just rub lotion on my body and shake my body around. Horrible. I will never go back. I had to pay for a 60 minute "deep tissue massage" that was in fact, NOT a deep tissue massage. It was barely a massage and the therapist was very odd. It was uncomfortable at times. I wouldn't even call it a massage. It lasted 30 minutes, not 60 and I had to pay for something I did not get. I just wanted out of there. I will never go back. Zero stars. This is coming from someone who never writes bad reviews. That's how bad it was.

I have been going to this facility for several years. They always very friendly and helpful. My favorite Therapist is Jose and enjoy getting massages.

Memberships are an absolute scam, if you build up your account and cancel your membership, they charge you $25 a month or you lose all your money that is in your account. I've talked to the Manager and she acted like I was crazy for being upset...
