Good experience – I enjoyed my experience with Sue, the massage therapist. She was very pleasant, and did a very good job. I have been very stressed of late and really needed the relaxation. I signed up and so far no problems. I would recommend Massage Envy, and I think the customer service was very helpful. I will be going back soon. Thx
The Worst Massage company ever !!!!!! – I can't believe this Place the employees there are so RUDE.. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all..I called to make an appointment and the gal that answer the phone Dorothy I believe her name was. She was so Dam she said we don't have anything and Hung up on Me..What kind of people do you have working there. Not a therapeautic massage – I have had two massages at ME and found fault with both. The first one, the gal complained about the management the whole session and the second the guy had so much hair on his arms that it felt like I was being massaged by a Brillo Soap Pad!!! It is a JOKE that Massage Envy won for therapeautic massge on this website!! Who voted....their staff??????
You will be VERY happy with Massage Envy – I have been to this location twice and since it had been well over 7 years since getting a massage, I was both surprised by the level of customer service, the knowledge of both of the therapists I saw, and genuinly walked away feeling not only much better, but as though this was a good value for the price! Massage Envy North/ South – They make you cancel your contract via fax. Conveniently, the owner said she did not get my fax till after the deadline and automatically charged my card again. Then said it was expired and wouldn’t let me use the massage (x2 for myself and my husband)!!!!! This is after we spent over $1500 there over the last year! She refused to show me the fax report of the date she received it. She wouldn’t even return my calls and when I finally caught her, she yelled and said ridiculous things!!
Massage Envy's Berline rocks the western world! – Massage Envy is great!!! Massage Envy South has excellent therapists. Will Tonn being one of their best. He is very professional and has a relaxed demeanor which in turns has a relaxing effect on the client. He is extremely proficient at this skill. Seems to intuitively know the problem area without asking..though he always does ask. I have never had a bad massage with Will. I do customize massages and have been with the outfit for over a year. When it comes to conversation, he follows the lead of the client. There is nothing bad to be said.

Excellent attention to detail!!! Great massage! – These guys are the best in customer service, attention to detail, and affordable relaxation. From sore/painful muscle tension to just simple relaxing, the massage therapists here are the best! The customer service at the front desk is grade AAA also!!!
