So I had an hour appointment with Herbert and he was absolutely great but the reason I give it 1 star wishing I could give it a 0 is because the customer service at the front desk with Dameka was HORRIBLE! She was really argumentative and her body language was so negative. It doesn't take rolling of the neck and being condescending to explain the policy to a customer. The first face you see before seeing the therapist is the receptionist. They need a reality check if the front desk service is bad then people won't come back.... read more
The staff and the service is excellent. The facilities are clean and invites you to relax. Lakesha thanks for a great massage; with all the dancing I do you keep my lower back in shape.
