Just finding out that this location closed without notice and we have memberships that arent honored at other locations since they are a franchise! I have many,many sessions and no answers since corporate nor management hasnt returned any of my calls. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND REFUSE TO GIVE UP UNTIL MY MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED!
Let me get this straight... this location is able to update their phone message, but can’t call customers to tell them their appointments have been canceled?! I made an appointment in advance for 2pm on 11/10 and spent $28 round trip only to find the doors locked and a note on the door about “maintenance”. I’ve called and emailed several times. A week and a half later I am still waiting for someone from this location to rectify the situation.
What happened to calling clients before you decide to shut your doors for maintenance? No one called to let me know and I spoke to someone on the phone last week when I made my 90 min appointment. Clearly something is going on, but this is truly in poor taste on your part. I will never come back to another Massage Envy again. Can’t wait to cancel my membership.
Showed up this morning for an appointment I set up last month. I expected some relief for back pain, but instead I found doors locked with a note stating that they are closed for maintenance issues. NO ONE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW. I took time off work for this appointment. This is unprofessional & unacceptable!

I had Ryan worked on me last minute massage appointment, he did an awesome job. I came in for back pain, He listens to my needs and my concern. He did exactly what I asked. I definitely recommend him.
Always clean and professional and just had the best time learning about their new products and services. Excellent staff, attentive and very knowledgeable about their products and amazing at what they do!
I have a membership. I have cut back on most of my expenses, but there is no way I would give up my massages or facials!!!
It’s not “just a massage”. Bill has gotten rid of my sciatic pain and plantar fasciitis! It’s an hour of recovery for my body!
