I had made reservation for a couple massage for my husband and I for our anniversary, got there for our appointment time and was told only one of us could have the massage, because they only had one therapist available. The 3 people sitting on their butts behind the desk, said they tried to call, but it is so funny with the technology that we have today that no call showed up or nothing on my voice mail. Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment same day and was told directly by the front desk staff that I would be charged the introductory rate. After taking my credit card information, the employee called back and told me that she had made a mistake and it would actually be double the the introductory price. With this new information, I told them I would then like to cancel my appointment, with which they responded saying they would have to still charge me cancellation fee. Absolutely awful customer service the other people who are reviewing this establishment are exactly right. Ashley at the front desk told me word for word that we would be charged the introductory rate and then called back leaving me a message that it would be twice that rate. The store manager and all employees were very rude and disrespectful, continually repeating the same phrase to get me off the line when I tried to have a polite conversation with them. I went today for the works, thanks my Divas as a birthday gift and I loved it! Herbert did my massage and he was Great!! Annette, did my facial and OMG! My face feels amazing!! I loved the whole experience!
