I love Sharon at this location but upon walking in I was told she was no longer with them. I will continue to get massages but wish I knew Sharon was leaving in advance. I will get facials elsewhere!
I highly recommend Marie! She was thourough, listened to what my needs and wants were and made me feel super comfortable.
The people answering the phone have no clue what there doing . So hard to schedule an appointment they must have called me back 5 times . It was for me and my daughter they told me we had to be in same room and then they almost put her in another room . Couldn't get facials done at same time . Not worth it . My massage was ok have pain though today I won't be going back
Don't be fooled by first impressions, I was rather upset with their neglect and the way they handle mistakes, the management is difficult to get ahold of, best advice, stop paying your membership if you have any questions, they are real quick to call you back when suddenly you stop paying, il consider coming back when they start valuing customers because I rather did enjoy the therapists and facility
I had the best first experience! The front desk was very informative and helpful. Kelly was amazing! Best massage therapist ever! So glad I got the membership!
If I could give them less than one star I would. I canceled my bogus membership to this place over four months ago (mind you I had already been trying to cancel for six months but wouldn't let me due to their being no medical reason to stop my massage membership)...I looked at my bank statements and these fucks have still been charging me for four months. I have belonged forv2 yrs and this week I have been disappointed twice and am seriously considering quitting my membership. On tues I went in specifically to get a knot in my neck worked out, the girl instead did a whole body massage at the knot is still here. Today I went in with my daughter who was really looking forward to a massage. One of our therapists was a guy, I was going to use him cuz she wasn't comfortable with him.
