RecommendedMy daughter was out of product and I wasn’t sure if we could get it since everything is closed. I called Massage Envy and the phone had been transferred to a team member, Kaylyn 😀. We planned a date/time for curbside pickup (paid via phone). It was easy peasy 😀😀😀. Kaylyn even included a nice little note along with some other product info and samples. Thank you again for your great customer service 😀😀😀😀😀😀

Had a 2:15 appointment for a 60 min massage. I arrived at 2:00pm but the massage therapist didn't come get me from the waiting area until 2:30. She promptly ended the session at 3:15. (giant clock on the wall in the room). I paid for an hour which ended up being a 40 minute massage. I'll never go back. There are many local places (not chains) that are more customer service oriented and will give you the full hour if they're the cause for a late start.

The best experience! Left feeling relaxed and refreshed but recommend doing 90 minutes ~ 60 just isn’t enough!
