I cancelled my membership and they continued to bill me for another 3months even though I personally spoke with the manager to take care of this. will never use them again.
They closed their doors without notice. Getting the runaround trying to cancel my membership. Getting bounced from one franchise to another just to get cancellation forms. They still managed to get our October fee!
I have been with Massage Envy for almost 5 years now. I have also been getting massage therapy for much longer for various sports injuries and migraine headaches. I can truly say that Holly is the best massage therapist I have ever had. When she moved to McHenry ME I followed. She cares for her clients and gives an excellent customized massage.
