I've had a couple of negative experiences at this location. Massage Envy policies are shady, to say the least. I transfered some credits to my sister as a gift after her daughter had a brain injury in a motorcycle accident- thinking she could use a break from caring for ALL her and her children. She couldn't take time to get treatment. They will not allow me to transfer to another recipient- my husband- who was also a member. Or back to myself. My hard earned cash- GONE. Jennifer is absolutely the best massage therapist! She listens to what I have to say about my specific needs and frequently checks to be sure that the pressure is ok. Jennifer did my second massage yesterday and as soon as I came home, I booked my next one. In addition to a great massage therapist, she is also very personable.

Beware of buying gift cards from Teas Crossing located in Conroe, Texas. Purchase a $98.00 Gift Card for 90 mins. They did not honor the gilt card that was given to me. They charged my membership account for $98.00 plus $30.00 = $128.00. Message Envy, has not resolved this issue to this day. Lexie, sold the gift card to me.

Made appointment at 10:00am showed up at 9:55 went to quiet room waited 15 minutes went out front and asked desk where my attendant was , find out there was not one, front desk could have had a common courtesy to tell me no one was there. and this is not the first time, just tell me I understand, no one for you.

My friend recommended Amber 850 313 7241 for me since I was looking for full service with some body massage, she works at this spa, I texted her and she replied immediately then explained their procedure of getting their manager approval because they don’t accept walk-in anymore, I did it and got approved then went there at my appointment time and she welcomed me took me inside a clean room then rendered amazing full service and ended the session with nuru massage. Amber is very good and professional. I highly recommend her

When I first called on the phone. They seemed nice. The second time was a dude that answered. Not thanx. I went to the place. The cute chubby lady up front was awesome. However. The lady giving the massage was a different story. She completely ignored special instructions like: not touch feet or area around ears. Also NO oil. I have a sense of smell like a blood hound. They lie and don't pay attention. I told them and did their computer thing certain instructions. Like not touching feet or around ears. Not using oil. The lady ignored it. She had a "I don't want to deal with you" attitude to start with. She covered me in oil and did not bother wiping it off (unlike the place I just came from in Temple, who did). The lady up front was nice, and not bad looking either.

Just a quick message to give the young lady working today 9/6/24 a huge THANK YOU!! I live in Oregon, but my sister in-law live in Bloomington, and I wanted to get her a gift card. I was having trouble and this lady walked me thru the process, sent me the link, and was very gracious with her customer service. Truely appreciate all the help.

What a terrible experience! Maria at the front desk moved my appointment, yet forgot to cancel the original appointment and charged me for a no show. And when I called to question the charge, she hung up on me twice. I have been a long time massage envy customer, but after this experience will not be going back.
