This is a corrupt organization. Once you sign the papers, they will not release you from your membership. We are customers of the Mayfair clinic and they out of the blue, closed. No warning, no communication, nothing. The people who owned that clinic also own the Delafield clinic. I called them for help. They refuse to cancel my membership (which has never been anything but fully paid and in good order) and they refused to refund my unused massage credits. Mr. M*****: It is unfortunate when any business has to close. Believe me, not my first choice. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. All of the members of that location were notified via email and those that did not have an email address on file were sent a letter via USPS. This is a franchise. The local locations have no ability to alter (i.e. cancel) a membership whose home is at a different location regardless of ownership. They have cancelled my appointments more than they have attended. This location is flaky.
They keep saying their online system is not connected to their store. Was online two hours trying to book. Finally booked, they called and cancelled. Claimed my massage would be shorter because I was three minutes late.

Marcus is by far the best in Mayfair road. I literally fell asleep so much it was crazy good! Definitely will be going back
Libby was amazing!! Found all my trigger points and really gave me the best massage I have ever had!
Not only is massage envy an amazing place to receive a numerous amount of well priced services, but it’s also a really great place to work. The staff is so welcoming and willing to help one another!
