I got a great massage from Jakini, it was amazing! I highly recommend her - very professional and knowledgeable!
Worst money ever spent for a 6 month membership for my husband & I; we were unable to use the services at the Madison, WI locations from Nov 2015 until Jan 2016. Today, the lack of customer service has reached its limits. When I called the Middleton location to schedule an appointment I was told that they can accommodate only a 90 min appointment (my membership provides only 60 min) so it's better not to accommodate me instead of upsetting the therapist with a shorter massage time.
