As a new mom I was looking forward to using a gift card. I scheduled an apt. For a facial and massage however the day of the services I had to cancel as my 5 month old son is sick. I was told I would still have to pay 50% of my services. I said I would reschedule but that did not matter. Needless to say I will NEVER be using their services again and I strongly urge them to rethink this policy. I now have to incur additional costs for services I will not get to enjoy.
If you want the best massage of a lifetime you need to go to massage envy they were very pleasant people and it was for me the massage a of a life time I really truly enjoyed it
The massage was amazing! I felt very relaxed afterwards until the lady at the front desk approached me trying to get me to become a member. She was worse than a car sales men! That ruined my experience and made me feel very uncomfortable. For that reason I will not go back.
Don't try to put an appointment online, they will never get back to you. And when I called the secretary was rude and clearly didn't want to help me. An attempt at a relaxing experience ended up stressing me out..still without a massage.
Loved the massage. Hated the heavy-handed sales pitch afterward. I won't be back.
