Very bad experience after I took my first appointment and after checking a day before, I found out that there was no appointment to start with, though I had confirmed it with a credit card, nevertheless they gave me another appointment and unprofessionally they cancelled it 2hours before the appointment. I was very upset and with their cold blood , all what they said was sorry. I was switched around for my apartment once because the couple room was not available, I was then called again to be rescheduled for the same issue because the room was overbooked, I expressed to the manager Jo that this was the 2nd time I was being rescheduled and how about moving the other party because this was the 2nd time, he told me he couldn't do it but we could be put in separate rooms on that day or rescheduled, he was very rude and unaccomadating I expressed to him that we, and my 5 friends and family members will ... read more

Don't waste your time! I made the mistake of signing the one year contract that they pressure you into. Once I got out, I found a much better LMT for better rates Today my wife went for a massage after our contract had ended. We knew it cost more this way. The desk staff was rude to her. The therapist shorted her on time again. She had the first appointment. For a "60" minute session they are supposed to greet you at 8 and give you 5 minutes to discuss treatment and disrobe. I was skeptical because I felt like this company would have a "chain" feel. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in and was treated better than the previous high end spas I have frequented. Service was an A+ and my facial was incredible. Pure luxury!!!!
I felt totally unwanted as soon as I walked in the vibe was “why are you here”,as the receptionist eye raped us while mouthing “are you checking in?” without even saying hello. Coming from someone who worked as a receptionist at a salon before...the front desk staff is terrible . I had scheduled a massage a month out and two weeks ago they called me and told me the women I booked with was hurt so I have to reschedule. I did.
