I would suggest starting from the bottom up. New workers, new quality customers service training, and more scrupulous requirements for qualified massage therapists.

On the evening of 5/31/19 I had the most disappointing experience I have ever known in the many years I have purchased medical/therapeutic massage. I have had somewhere around 85 - 95 Professional massage sessions in my life and this was the absolute worst. Will not answer the phone nor return voicemail messages to make an appointment. Canceled appointments on 2 occasions to a gift recipient.
i was given a $55 gift card for ny birthday. i have never been to any massage envys. i went to book online until it got to confirm. My total was $95 even though I picked a $55 massage. For that price I can get 2 massages at my normal place. Needless to say I did not book. And yes I sent a massage online and never got a reply. Thanks for ruining my birthday gift!

Had my first every massage tonight. Barry did awesome! My session was so peaceful and relaxing that I signed up for a membership! Will be back soon!
