I do not recommend Massage Envy in Madison! I signed up like 5 months ago and have not been able to get in one time since due to their shortage of therapists. Of course they are still billing me $70 a month and won't cancel me.
Do not signup for a membership with this company! Trying to get a message on the app is hard unless you plan it out a month in advance. You need to call in to get something and still a pain. I have $1,800 in credits because hard to get a time slot and over 6mo ago was told I could pay a reduced amount to retain the credits but they never reduced it. Management support due to their own system issues is non-existent. I signed up for a membership and could not use any app features due to their own system having me listed twice. This relatively simple IT fix was deemed a problem the company is aware of, but no fix is available at this time. Management refused to speak with me about the issue and therefore, I canceled the membership I never got to use.
