My massage yesterday was the best massage I have ever had. Barry is very knowledgeable, yes, he talks the whole time, but, very informative. Today I am very sore, but I usually am after a massage. I had a Stretch by Sarah, she is excellent, never had one before but plan on having a Stretch every few months. The upfront personnel are always nice and very welcoming. Meghan is especially helpful. Thank you.
I purchased a $150 gift certificate for my wife, she tried to make an appointment and was told that the price is much higher now since she has had one massage (also a gift certificate) this year. So I pay for a service (gift certificate) and now if she want to use it, the price is higher since she is a non-member. Gift certificates are non-refundable and the staff could care less that they are losing my business.
RecommendedMassage Envy exceeded all of my expectations so much today. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Brandi, and holy crap...that girl worked. me. out! I went in with a lot of tension, stress and weight on my shoulders, and she had me walking out like a noodle. Its been about 4 hours since I left, and I feel amazing. Amazing isnt even the word.
