Very disappointed in the customer service. My husband was sold a 1 1/2 Massage, $75 gift card. I called to book the appointment and was informed that because I had been to another location year's ago I will have to pay more money for that service (which I understood) so inquired about a facial which I had never had done for the special rate of $59 and I was told that would be $85 because I had the 1service years ago!!
