RecommendedI’ve gone here for a while now always pretty satisfied my massage Friday was amazing , but I had a facial to my second first was amazing but had different lady this time was not near as good as Ann and now I have a full blown rash all over my neck face earlobes every where she touched makes me wonder if she had latex gloves on or just different product .I do have I’m allergic to latex in my notes . But I’m miserable .. won’t do facial again. Sad face 😔

RecommendedMelanie relaxed me and I felt great after my massage. Three weeks later I tried to get in again but she was unavailable so I went to another place in Loveland and it was nothing like my experience at Massage Envy which was my first time actually getting a massage. I won’t go anywhere else but massage envy and I only prefer Melanie even though I’m sure there’s others but she did an amazing job
The assistant manager was EXTREMELY helpful to me, and Melanie was a great massage therapist.
I have visited other ME locations and they were great! Came to this one expecting the same common courtesy but the service was awful! When it was time to pay the manager was incredibly rude. She told me I was a hassle because I asked my sister to transfer her credits to me. Apparently that's too much to ask! She ended up transferring two credits instead of one.
