Today was my first time going to Massage Envy as a result of a friend gifting me one of her sessions. I have pros and cons to my experience: Pros: The staff and massage therapist were very nice, friendly and attentive. The therapist I had today was very nice but overall, I've had better massages elsewhere. Cons: I don't like that this place is membership-based only (especially to get deals).
