My massage was scheduled for 7:30 but didn't Start until 7:40, and it was a 90 min massage that ended at 8:52??? I spoke with the manager who stated it's actually a "80 minutes massage with 10 minutes to get changed before and after the massage. Is this normal or not????��
My husband and I had a couples massage at Massage Envy today. We both loved our treatments and the professionalism of all those that work there. The massages we received were amazing. Thanks again Massage Envy. ����
My wife loves it. I get better massages at reflexology spots. Most are just out of school, and to tenative. Tending to the covers too much. They push the club membership too hard. If it was a awesome massage, I would join. They even give you ice water ..duh. Too commercial for me. But in a pinch it works.
I think everyone should treat themself at least once a month and I did just that here. The service was great, the Massage was great, I will definitely be back.

I was disappointed that I requested a 2 hour massage. My massage was supposed start at 130. The masseur came to get me at 135, she took me to the room to get ready. I laid on the bed for 10 minutes, I could hear her in the next room on the phone making planes for the night. She ended the massage at 325, that Is not a 2 hour massage. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager asked me in the main lobby what I needed. I told her. She only took off the 10 dollar upgrade. She said this never happens.
