Unfortunately i think i am giving up my 8-9 year membership. I cannot handle the constant rotation of new people, some that are so new to massage it is a waste of time and money. Frustrating to explain everything you need everytime and it is a crap shoot.
Loved it, best in town! Taking my husband and referring everyone my massagist!

I have been a member for about 4 years and truly enjoy massages. Occasionally I get therapists that I'm unhappy with however during my pregnancy having to "side line" while having carpel tunnel was very uncomfortable. I mentioned this to the front desk and my therapists multiple times during my massages and asked about the massage pillows that allow you to get massages on your stomach providing a cut out for your boobs and belly. I was told I could bring mine in for my next 1.5 hour appt. the day of the massage when I arrive... read more
Have had a great experience both me and fiance for our couples masdage...that u even puchased the membership for me....definitely going back!
Walked in twice and tried to schedule 5 other times on the phone and every single time I talk to them they ask if I'm a member and then I say no but I would like to come try the services and pay for my session and then I would be happy to be a member. They say sorry were at capacity right now for non members but if you were a paying member we could take you. Sorry. Horrible customer service!! This also doesn't include the times I tried going to the one in Mokena IL off of RT 30.
