Extremely disappointed with how management treats people. I paid for a whole years worth of massages as a part of my membership, but unfortunately was unable to make it every month to get my massage. By the end of the year they still made me pay each month to get another massage on top of all the ones I already had. I eventually had 7 massages left, but had to cancel my membership because there was no possible way with how busy my schedule is to catch up on them all. RecommendedI've been going there for years and the professionalism is always at an all-time high and the massages are literally life-changing. when you work a physically intensive job like I do the massages are more than relaxation there also body maintenance and there are no two better people than Marlin or Luke they are the reason I keep coming back.
I LOVE Dean. I always get a request to review my experience except this last when Dean was not available and saw another therapist. I will not give their name the ME Staff will be able to figure that out. To them, have Dean teach you how to keep the neck stable and in a neutral position when working on it. I have whiplash muscle reaction from the therapy. Aleve. I know you tried, but each can learn from the other therapists.

Absolutely the worst massage experience I've ever had. The therapist was nice, but spent 75 of my 90 minutes on my back and shoulders. Didn't touch my feet, even though I marked it on the questionnaire, barely worked on my legs. What was most disappointing was that there was no music on... so I had to listen to the people next door carry on, and the toilet flushing, for more than half my massage. Not relaxing at all. I will never go back.
I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. DO NOT GO HERE. Nancy the manager is extremely rude. I was put on a “restricted list” apparently 7 years ago for no reason as no one has any information as to why. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, Nancy asked me to try and prove when i worked there and who I worked with to see if that had something to do with it. Massage envy has since taken over $1,000 from us and had I known this was the treatment we would receive I would have gladly spent our money elsewhere. Na... read more
