Love it only the Room was a little to cold for me
It was very relaxing. Love Bobbie.she is great. I always ho for an hour and half. Staff is friendly.
I have been a client going on 9 yrs now and have to say that I've never been disappointed. Larissa has a wealth of knowledge and the ability to put it into practice. My massages are not a luxury, they are a necessity. Maggie ALWAYS has a smile on her face and her customer service skills are out of this world. The massages are great, but the administration is horrible. I have been trying to cancel my membership since October. I have submitted the paperwork, called several times and every time I am reassured that it has been done...yet hey seem incapable of cancelling an account. I have never experienced such incompetence before. Every time I speak to the staff in this place I need a massage afterwards, because it is so stressful. My massage therapist Dana is consistent and always on point with her massage technique. I have been a member and going to the Kendall Massage Envy for at least the past two years. Never had a problem with any of the staff members. I have always been treated respectfully and my monthly reminder calls are always friendly and professional.
So I had been a member here for a couple of years until I had my son. After he was born I wanted to come back because my back has been giving me trouble again. I went once in October and when I left the young lady at the front desk gave me a card so that I could use the introductory price again the next time I needed to come. The front desk staff and manager are extremely rude. I disagree with their discrimination policy. According to the staff, this location only serves Hispanics. Others are not welcome.
