Has anyone had issues with Massage Envy gift cards? When I tried to use two today, both had zero balance: one had been hacked by some guy (no idea who this person is) and the other was supposedly applied to the person's account who gifted it to me at their request. #massageenvyracket #hackedgiftcard #giftcardtheft my spa experience turned into a 45-minute investigation and a clueless worker justifying a screwed up system. ��
I just had the BEST massage of my life. I am blown away by the legendary service from therapist Sara. I’ve been multiple times to this Kendall location, as well as visited a few other Massage Envy locations, other spa brands, and luxury spas across the US, and nothing compares to today’s 60 minute massage with Sara. She is a gem. I will always book my appointments with her from now on. She remembered me from the first time I had a massage with her and welcomed me back, and truly listened to what I needed in my massage today.... read more
I enjoy Massage Envy because of my masseuse, Alina. She is awesome, she speaks little English and I speak a little Spanish but we are able to communicate clearly. I have been with her for over a year and will only go to her.
Member for 4 years. Carmen for facial is very thorough and gentle. Analia and Ade for therapeutic massage are great for med-deep therapy. I can’t say enough good thing about them.

Usually I feel great afterwards. Only once before and this time. I've been in pain afterwards. The place is comfortable, atmosphere is relaxing, employees are friendly and professional. However. I feel rushed to get out of the room once the massage finished.
Great experience. All the therapists do a wonderful job and cater the service to your needs.
