It's unfortunate that after 12 years as a loyal member with your company that I will be terminating my relationship. This is largely due to the rude and dismissive customer service by manager Jennifer Murphy. Not only did she refuse to try and help, (I asked for a copy of my original contract) She also refused to give me the contact info of the owner.
