My husband made me an appointment for my Valentine’s Day gift for 2pm, prepaid $58 ($48 for massage+$10 tip). I got there at 1:50 and was taken to the waiting area where I waited for 55 minutes. Every other person who came back was taken back by a therapist rather quickly. After waiting nearly an hour I had to leave without my massage. I asked for my husbands card to be refunded and she only refunded $48 and kept the $10 tip! I literally wasted my time sitting in a waiting room for an hour and got charged a $10 tip for it.
