The people at the front desk need more training in rules and need to not lie to people. A couple months ago i needed a payment postponed for a couple days and the guy i spoke to spoke to the manager and said it wouldnt be a problem and if it happened again to call and they would bd happy to help even when i signed up the girl made it seem like they work with you on payments so i went ahead and signed up but its all a lie and a way to get business i called to have a payment postponed to aug 1 and they wont do it!!!!
