Recommended😀 I have been going here for about 3 years now, if not longer. The staff is very good and professional. They have great hours. 90 minute massages are the best ;)
Their policy is ridiculous. If you accidently make a mistake in scheduling, they will charge you. They do not work with you. I will NEVER consider using them again.

I love the Massage Envy at Harbour Village in Jacksonville. Yesterday, I had a massage and facial. Audrey is my massage therapist, and she really knows how to work the kinks out, leaving me rejuvenated every time. Victoria was my skin care specialist. She was also wonderful.
Kerri was amazing today! Her hands do magic! Cant wait to go back so she can work out all my knots again from work! �
I missed appointment one day ..totaly forgot about that is November 1st. ..I was charged additional $40.00...for next day massage therapy...I kinda think that is too much for missed appointment, as member of the Masage Envy.
