My husband and I have been members of massage envy for 12 years. In the past customer service was fine. Kayla Perez is the worst manager I have ever spoken to. She is disrespectful, unprofessional, and the company she works for doesn’t allow her to make any decisions as a manager. Beware signing up. They will increase your rates without informing you (check out class action law suit) and they make canceling and using your remaining massages impossible.
