Massage was very good, however the hallway noise, slamming of doors and loud conversations were anything but relaxing
Massage is great. Front of house employees are the worst. No customer service skills, rude, and uncaring. -Scheduled an appointment for my girlfriends birthday by transferring one of my built up massages to her. They wait till the day of the appointment while we are already checked in and in the relaxation room to tell me I can't transfer the massage to her and I have to pay 50% of the total cost if I want to cancel the appointment. This location is AWFUL. They screw something up with my bank account almost EVERY TIME I go in. They will also lie their asses off to get you to sign up so READ THE FINE PRINT. The manager is extremely unprofessional and if you have an issue expect a 3-4 day wait time before she bothers to call you back, and even then if you want a resolution expect to call corporate!! CAN'T WAIT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!! NEVER. AGAIN.
I received the best massage I've had in 25 years from Dwayne today. He is an experienced, exceptionally skilled massage therapist who worked wonders with my sore neck, shoulders and back. If you need some great deep tissue work, make an appointment with him!
I went today for my first massage ever and all I can say is it was AMAZING!! Mary Pat was wonderful! She really helped me with some pain I've been having. I walked out of the room so relaxed. I was so happy with the results that I signed up for a membership! Looking forward to seeing Mary Pat again in a couple weeks!! THANKYOU!!!
I have to say this is one of the best experience ever. I always feel relaxed and so calm after I'm done. I love it here I will always be one to keep coming back and telling people they should come here
