I have to say I had a situation with my right arm that Lauren worked on diligently to offer me some relief. I asked for my neck and shoulders to be concentrated areas to be massaged and he barely touch it. I told the girl up front, the paper showing areas and told Lauren. My face and head were not even touched at all. I marked ok areas. My massage was ok but not on all the specific areas I did requested.
I like everything about this location. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to talk to you about things.
I see Nicki she is amazing! Very caring and professional! The staff at the door always kind and welcoming! So happy I found these guys!!
Very peaceful, serene and safe environment. Loved the massage!
In general, good massage. I was asked about specific areas of concern and did request concentration on my feet and did not receive. Also a 1 hour massage is actually 50 minutes.
I do love coming to Massage Envy its a day away and very relaxing and am comfortable cuz i found therapast im comfortable with and can trustI don"t care for the two hour drive so will probably end my membership after my year is up.
