During COVID they called and said they were back open. I informed them that I didn't feel safe going there. The girl said no problem and she would cancel my membership. Come to find out she never did and they just keep charging me. When I called today It was hell to try to cancel my membership. Was told the girl told me wrong info and I have to fill something out. Thanks massage envy for charging me during a pandemic and refusing to refund my money. Horrible behavior by a company that is supposed to help people.

I got to use a gift card given to me by my wonderful gfs!! The ladies here are wonderful! Great convos! The full 💆 massage also full facial 🧖♀️ session was really worth it. Felt like a brand new women after. Thanks to my besties!!

this location is starting to lose respect for its clients. cancels appointments without notifying you, so now you have a hard time rescheduling. didn't even apologize, just said short staffed. their about to lose a client
