I have made multiple attempts to book massages and twice attempted to book couples massage, only to be called a few days before that my appointment has been cancelled due to the therapists assigned are no longer with the company. Again, on two separate occasions I have made plans, coordinated two people's busy schedules, to reserve a couples massage and each time they have been cancelled by the company. Was gifted two massages. Had one and it was good, my first massage ever so I can't compare to anything however made a second appointment and ended up missing it because I stayed later at work. It's nice that they charged me $20... it's been nothing but an inconvenience. Was a thoughtful gift but I never want to go here again. It's not like I was paying for the massage anyway so I don't really get why they'd charge me. Great customer service, staff is friendly. Parker did a facial for me. He is great at what he does and is very knowledgeable. Deff will be back for another!
