First time going there today and I, definitely recommend everyone go there!!
Terrible customer service
tried twice in one night to cancel some appointments and was on hold for over 20 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. I also have waited about 10 minutes just to cash out! I also had the same therapist cancel on me twice in a row, with no reasonably rescheduled time available.they definitely need more receptionists and massage therapists, or i am afraid they will lose business! including mine!
Dont go to the one in Webster, they like to cancel appoinments but not accomodate tye customer. Two montys in a row my appoinmtment gets canceled because once again a therapist left. Tracy and Alphonso are rude they expect the customers to accomodate them insyead of them accomodating the customer. Tyey refuse to cancel my husband and my contract and tyey refuse to refund us $240.00. I was told by Tracy why should they be accomodating to us when we wont be to them.
