The therapist June is great, I kept going there for her but the front desk people are ignorant. I used to go there every week but the keep messing my appointment or they don't call to confirm, and some times I show up and they say I don't have an appointment. And even when I tell them that I'm a regular member and go there every week they go oh well we don't have any vacancies, we're fully booked. I also had to cancel because I'm leaving the country and not sure when I'll be back but they charged me the full amount although ... read more
I come at least twice a month. Sometimes more often. Excellent experience every time. Have been a member for two years and won't be canceling anytime soon.

Relaxing atmosphere, professional staff, my massage therapist was wonderful. Can't wait to return.
The massage was great,relaxing, and the table was nice and warm. However, the therapists gel got cold towards the last 15 minutes. Everything else was great.
Got a massage here today... Therapist actually had such long sharp nails that they scratched my skin -- looks like a cat attacked my back. Elements Massage just got my business.
