They are a rip off! They do not roll over the massages as they claim and give no notice that they are expiring. Found out my massage for the month expired two weeks earlier and they would not do anything at all. I highly recommend Elements Massage. Less expensive, nicer staff and they roll over massages if you don't use them.
I have not had any issues with the massage services. I very much enjoy it. However, do not bother with the website. Three times I have sent emails and three times no call back...I wanted to make an appointment. I called this morning to inquire. They do not check emails I was told. I don't get it.....it should not even be an option for communication. They should just have on the website no email at our branch.
