I would not recommend this location. My husband surprised me with a couples massage 3 months ago and they double charged us. We have sent proof of our bank statements, emailed. left many of messages for the manager, and many of phone calls and this has yet to be resolved. I want my $54 back.
I only go to Mark when I go. He knows every tension that I have n works them out I swear if I could I'll go everyday lol.... the staff is very nice n sweet love Massage Envy
Never had to give a credit card as security to hold my appointment. Have a gift card that they will not refund. . $ 50.00 wasted. After reading all the bad reviews, glad I did not make an appointment.

Have three kids and it's hard to get time,to getaway.Once we got there,after sitting 20 minutes in,The Tranquility.Was called to back,and found out wasn't actually booked.
I've been dealing 2 different locations because they refer me back to the location that I originally signed up. This is very frustrating, there's no structure & absolutely no customer relations, they have no intention to have any customer retentions as well. Since it's a franchise, there's no corporate office to go to. HORRIBLE company!
Very unhappy with this location. Charged my credit card for over a year and then just kept the $$ over $600!! Since my card changed, they put my account in "default" even though I hadn't been in! Wow, beware the "fine print". They offered NOTHING in return. BEWARE of signing anything with these people.
Massage was ok. However left my jacket in the bathroom on the hook accidentally returned to get it less than 2 hours after and it was gone. All staff said they didn't see it so it must have been another client. Beware. There are thieves that go here
