I have been quite disappointed in this location. I've visited 3 times now and there is an issue each time, from charging me incorrectly, not recording a gift card amount correctly and now I emailed yesterday at lunch to schedule an appointment for saturday, no call back. when I called this morning, they are completely booked. Very happy with the therapist, but the front desk administration is sorely lacking.
I've been a client of ME for over 5 years. This is supposed to be a positive experience, but I must report that the Customer Service has sadly deteriorated over the last year.
Enjoyed a very relaxing massage today. The spa was beautiful and very serene. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. I look forward to going back for other services. I would highly recommend this location.
Beautiful Clinic!!! Extremely high quality of care. Very convenient location. Front Desk employees are very professional and caring. Ray is one of the most talent massage therapist I have ever worked with and has excellent beside manner. I would rate this location with 10 Stars if I could!
