I had a wonderful 60 minute facial today! Brandy was fabulous and made my experience enjoyable and made great recommendations based on our discussion about my minimalist skin regime and skin cancer history. Looking forward to scheduling a massage in a couple of weeks. They did try to sell products/membership but did not make me uncomfortable and were respectful of my responses. I will use them again!!

Becoming a member at Massage Envy is one of the best things I have done for myself. The environment is very professional and serene. Front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. Liz is so kind and always gives me a great massage!!
The front desk team earned a Fair rating due to their poor communication skills and lack of knowledge about pricing as well as policy. They also lack consistency i'n follow thru. They are however, pleasant. I would rate my actual massage experience as excellent. Cedric, my therapist was professional, well trained, and responsive to my concerns.
