Told the front desk I wasn’t pleased with my massage. I was told I would get a call the next day to check with what they could do. I was called back and told that the massage therapist said everything was fine and they wouldn’t compensate or do anything for me as they “believed her over me.” No company should treat a customer like this making them have to come to debate there services. My massage with Alexander was amazing!! My microdermabrasion facial was not.
RJ was GREAT! My daughter and I had an hour and a half deep-muscle message. We all laughed and talk about a lot of things and then it was over. We could 't believe the time has passed so quickly. If you've never been, I suggest you quickly do so. You'll be a little sore the next day, but it's worth getting rid of all the knots you didn't think you had. YES indeed!
