I've had a membership with them for a year now, and I have never had a massage I didn't enjoy. I started off with Eric (who no longer works there) and he was great, then started requesting Jared and I love him! He is not only excellent about making sure I communicate with him, but he really listens to what I need since it changes every month I go there. I introduced aa friend to Massage Envy and we both booked a massage. It was the worst! He stayed in one spot for 30 minutes and while I requested back and hip and shoulders, feet and hands, skipping arms and legs, he hadn't a clue what to do with the feet or hands and massaged virtually nothing but the scapula. My friend emerged extremely disappointed with her therapist as well. Really upset with this establishment. Had a membership that I wanted to freeze and they would not accommodate and then was forced to cancel membership only to find out that all my banked massages were taken away. WHAT A RIPOFF and poor service.
