The customer service when I tried to cancel my membership due to moving was terrible. I was told I had credits to use up but when I went to the appointment to use up the credits, they charged me the normal rate. I would have never gone to just pay more. The manager and owner didn’t care. Awful customer service and you can never get out of paying.

I called 2 days ago at 9am for a massage appoinment for myself and for a facial appointment for my son. We arrived there at 11am the same day for my 11:15am appointment. I called them and was told to wait in my car until my therapist is ready. They texted me at 11:30am that my therapist is ready (even if my appointment is at 11:15am). I Canceled my subscription in August of 2019 after my one year contract had been completed, still being charged. They made it difficult to cancel and then kept charging me. I am furious and am still waiting to be refunded.
My massage therapist was great, I believe his name was Michael! However, from the moment we walked through the door till the second we left front desk girl, Taylor, gave us the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Not only was she snotty to us when talking she also was not very nice to her co workers. She was a very hostile person working in what’s supposed to be a relaxing place.
I bought a gift card for my dad at Massage Envy. I was told all the info was in the computer. When he went to book the appointment they said they couldn't find it. He called back with the gift card "number" that I had to get from the store I purchased it from. They gave him the run around to the point where he doesn't want to go there anymore. Thanks Massage Envy for ruining my birthday gift to my dad.
