My back went out last Thursday and I'm thankful that Jared was available for a deep muscle/tissue massage yesterday (Friday). I went home feeling a lot better. Another therapist that's as great is James who also does deep muscle/tissue massage ( my preference). I moved to Sedona from California and 45 minutes drive from Sedona to Flagstaff is nothing to me as long as I get my massage �

I haven't had a massage in quite a while, booked a 90" massage with Matthew; feel like a million bucks! Definately going back, gonna stick with Matt-Moderate to Deep pressure, totally respectful, enjoyed talking about our kids!
Tony is amazing, and I continue to go to Massage Envy because of him. His massage is so fluid, it's like his hands are water.. In a good way. Relaxing and therapeutic! Give him a raise!
I really enjoyed it, I had never been there before and it was super relaxing. The therapist listen to what I wanted and I am a very sensitive person and she never got to rough.
I have a membership and had the following happen a second time. I booked a 90-min session. I arrived 10mins early and was told I would be checked in. My session was running behind but was told i would have full 90-mins. Did not happen. My session started 15mins late and ended 10mins early. I mentioned this to the receptionist and got no response. Most likely I will not renew my membership because its an inconvenience.
