I’m visiting from West Virginia and had a terrible knot in my back. I got in to see April and she did a wonderful job helping work the knot out. She is so friendly and professional. Myself, my mom, my daughter and both of my sisters LOVE this place! Sherry is amazing and so is Deena! It's a nice place and we love it! Don't really understand the other complaints about membership issues. They are very flexible but with rules just like anywhere else. The blonde lady asst. manager is very nice and went the extra mile to make us comfortable and have great experiences! All of the staff and therapists are wonderful!
My husband treated me to gift cards from Massage Envy. I use to go in Michigan and so he bought one here, since we relocated, to Knoxville, TN. I will be going to my facial appointment with a huge chip on my shoulder, since I was honest making the appointment and told them , I was a past client from Michigan. So I get the higher non member price, of $90.00 for my facial. Now I remember why I thanked him and told him, no more from here.
