for someone who has a "jacked up' neck and back, I highly recommend this place! first massage since I moved to Tennessee and it ROCKED! YES, make am appointment as soon as possible! ask for Helen.
Love my membership, was able to book a same day appointment on the app for this location with no problem. Debbie was wonderful! I will definitely be booking 90 mins with her soon. My neck and shoulders feel so much better.
I live in Maryville and there is a Massage Envy less than 10 minutes from my house but I drive 45 minutes just to go to this location. The staff is so friendly and professional. Love this location.

I have booked online two different times, drove an hour to the location, to only be told sorry we don’t have you down. If we booked someone while you were booking online, then our booking over-rides yours. Very disappointing. I have a membership there and have 5 massages waiting to be used, but you can never get in at a time that actually works with your schedule. The therapists are great, but management and customer service isn’t as good.

I have always had wonderful experiences here. Sherry is the best and Cheyenne is excellent for the facials! Never had any problems with booking an appointment, but I do try to book about a month ahead.
